Steps to descale your Philips kettle:
- Fill the kettle with white vinegar up to one quarter of the MAX indicator.
- Add water up to the MAX indicator.
- Press the green tea button (Image 1) to heat up the water to 80˚C and then press the KEEP WARM button.
- Empty the kettle after 30 minutes and rinse the inside thoroughly.
- Repeat the descaling procedure if there is still some scale in the kettle.
