The Philips Avent steriliser is not cooled down
The steriliser must cool down for about 10 minutes after a sterilising process before you can switch it on again. Wait and retry again.
The power outlet may be at fault
Check to see if other electrical products will work on the power outlet. If so, connect the steriliser to a working power outlet. Did this not solve the issue? Please contact us.
The steriliser is damaged
