Frequently Asked Questions

What do the battery lights mean on my Philips Sonicare AirFloss?

The battery lights on your Philips Sonicare AirFloss indicate what percentage of charge is left before your next charge. Below you will find more information on specific lights.

Green light

The green light indicates that the battery is full. When it is fully charged, your AirFloss has an operating time of up to 11 days when using 3-burst mode and up to 33 days when using 1-burst mode.

Yellow light

The yellow light indicates that the battery is low (fewer than 3 uses left). It needs to be recharged.

Note: Ensure that, for first-time use, the AirFloss has been charged for the full 24 hours.
If the device continues to display a flashing yellow light after full charge, contact our Consumer Care agents.
