Do the Philips insulated cups contain phthalates?

Published on 2017-04-06

Philips AVENT is of course aware of recent legislation in California that would ban the sale of baby products containing more than trace amount of phthalates, starting in 2009. The European Union also has strict requirements regarding the use of phthalates in children's products; a temporary ban was implemented in 1999 with full implementation in January 2006, under directive 2005/84/EC.

Philips AVENT's line of infant feeding products, which include feeding bottles, teats, cups, spouts, soothers, tempo liners and weaning spoons, does not contain Phthalates and therefore complies with these standards.
