To be eligible for our extended warranty, registration needs to be completed within 3 months after purchase. Before registering please click here to verify if the warranty applies to your country.

For the extended warranty we distinguish the following product ranges:

Philips LED Ultinon : 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Philips LED X-tremeUltinon : 5-year warranty (2 years standard + 3 years extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro9000 : 5-year warranty (2 years standard + 3 years extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro5000 : 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro6000 SI : 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro9100 : 5-year warranty (2 years standard + 3 years extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro5100 : 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Pro3022 : 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Philips LED Ultinon Access CX version: 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended)

Background information

Product failures definition: it is to be understood that products are recognized as defective if and only if, a technical analysis of the part in a Lumileds branch or authorized service center confirms a development, design or production failure.

Please also note that this extended warranty only applies to a non-commercial use of our products (fleets and 24V vehicles are not covered).

Process for consumers to benefit from this extended warranty

We ask the consumers to send defective products to Philips Automotive/Lumileds for analysis. Please be aware that complaints regarding products that have been modified (e.g. cut cables), altered or tampered with or shown obvious signs of misuse or that are fake or counterfeit, shall not be accepted.

Photo/scanned image of the invoice/purchase receipt.
Date of purchase and sellers address clearly visible.

The “fitting/installation date” of the product to you vehicle.

Make, model, type and registration year of your vehicle. (ex. Audi, Q2, SUV,10/04/2018)

To be eligible for our extended warranty, registration needs to be completed within 3 months after purchase.

Standard 4 year warranty

Philips LongerLife Xenon lamps offer high levels of quality and safety. From the date of purchase, you will automatically receive a 4 year warranty for free.

Extra 3 year warranty - free

Xenon LongerLife lamps have a longer lifetime than any Philips Xenon lamp. To give you total peace of mind, you can get an extended 3 year warranty for free by registering online. Simply register your Xenon LongerLife lamps and follow the underneath 2 simple steps.
