[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this kettle. A great feature is the see through of the water tank and fill lines and ridges so you can easily see water levels so you know how much to boil. Good functional kettle, needs a few adjustments. I think it needs a light or something, so you know when it is on, my first use I had to keep checking I couldn't tell if I had switched it on. I would highly recommend this kettle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic kettle! Limescale filter works a treat. Tea tastes much better from having this added bonus. The clear kettle body makes filling to the required amount so easy! Great quick boiling time, boils water in no time. Looks attractive in the kitchen too. Don’t hesitate to buy this kettle! You won’t be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit sceptic about a filter in a kettle and really didnt think it woul;d make much difference to be honest especially as I live in an area where the water is good quality anyway. The design is clean cut, kettle is very easy to use and the base has a swivel base to it suits both right and left handed people. I tried out out on hubbie first - who was unaware of the new kettle - he thought I had changed the teabags as he said he really enjoyed the cup of tea !!! I then tried it out on a coffee for myself, the coffee was smoother and more enriched than usual - it was amazing what was in the actual filter too after several uses. Highly recommend this kettle - just wish they did it in other colours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Daily Collection kettle is very easy to use with a clear water level indicator that ensures you only boil what you need. It’s simple to fill having a large spout opening, alleviating the need to lift the lid when adding water. I also find the quick boil functionality brilliant, no more waiting an age for the kettle to boil! With this kettle having an easy to clean filter, the water is 100% crystal clear every time which makes for a tastier, fresher cuppa. Finally, the overall look and design is simple and stylish.

This is a smaller 1.5 litre kettle (standard is 1.7 litres) and I find it a better, more economical size for just two people. Followed the instructions regarding pre-boiling and absolutely no added taste to the boiled water, despite the plastic construction. Boils fairly quickly and is much quieter than previous kettles purchased. The micro filter will catch most of the lime scale and is very easy to clean. The kettle itself isn't too heavy and feels stable in the hand. What I also miss is a indicator light to know it is boiling having knocked the on/off lever without realising it. How strange is that not to include that in the product which I would gie 5 star otherwise!

What a great kettle! Looks great in my kitchen. The removable lid is great, so easy to pour water and clean. The water doesn't have this horrible plastic smell/taste when you get with new kettle. I would highly recommend it and buy again! Thank you Philips!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very sceptical using the new Philips Daily Collection Kettle that stated it had a filter within it to make the water cleaner!! However, when I opened the box I was immediately impressed with the smart clean looking design of the kettle and the ease at seeing the measurements of water when filling the kettle - as I cant always read the small print on some kettles. The kettle pivoted around on the stand which was great and made it easy to use for right and left handed people. Water boiled quickly and I first tasted the hot water by itself and I could honestly state the water tasted alot cleaner and refreshing. Next onto a cup of tea for hubbie, he was unaware that I was using a new kettle - his statement to me when drinking his cup of tea was "hmm I love these new tea bags, they bring out the taste of the tea better" I just smiled and left it at that..... Love Love Love this kettle - as far as I am aware they only come in white, would love to see a range of colours available to match my other kitchen acessories.
