Great product
We love our coffee machine. Use machine for our coffees. Love our cappuccino. Make frothed milk for milo etc. Cleaning a bid troublesome. But overall a very good product. Only problem-you do not specify type of bean we can use. Is it safe to use an oily type of bean like Romano?

Great coffee but tricky to maintain
This machine replaced our coffee maker of Swiss origin. We have been very happy with it and the coffee tastes great. It is also easy to use when it comes to brewing coffee. Cleaning it is more of a mission. The waste tray cannot be removed if the spout is extended. It is also difficult to get the release catches to release the tray. It took us a while to work out how to remove the brewing unit for cleaning purposes and it is a struggle to replace it once it has been cleaned. For these reasons I rate it only 4 out of 5 for both Design and Ease of Use. For the rest, it is highly recommended.
