Excellent quality, tasty coffee, easy to use and coffee options are great.

I love this coffee machine. There are so many options that you can choose from, and you can individualise to your taste. You can have different profiles for each user with their specific preferences. It is absolutely easy to clean, especially the milk container (no tubes or pipes where the milk can get mouldy.

As a busy coffee enthusiast whose always on the go from home - Making coffee and keeping the machine clean has never been so quick, easy & seamless. At a touch of a button, I am able to not only 'order' an array of coffee (From Cappuccinos to macchiatos, and more), but I am able to customise it from head to toe, to my liking & preferences - and can even save it under my own profile for next time (...2-hours later). I like adding a 'slight' dash of extra foam, minimising the amount of water & making sure it's extra strong with a unique extra espresso shot - and now I finally can. And then the cleaning - don't get me started on the cleaning. Usually, I will walk away from the sink, with my hands (& shirt) all wet; trying to get out the gunk at the bottom of the milk container, or pouring out dirty water or used coffee grounds after over-filling with no warning. Unlike my old coffee machine - I am kept in the loop at all times with the display; it's a simple process or a click of a button. Thanks to Philips Espresso 5400 coffee machine - I am now in the moment - and not in the making.

I've had the machine for a few weeks and it's been extremely consistent and so easy to use. Even my mom has had a go with it and has had no trouble with the functionality! The espresso making is really consistent and I'm impressed at how close it is to a cafe quality drink. Highly recommend for those looking for a better and more consistent cup at home :)

A great machine and so easy to use. I love my daily coffees which are so easy to make.

I have had many coffee machines over the years, The French press, American drip filter, Nespresso small and large pods, even my own grinders, but this machine is superb. You can adjust the grind, strength, quantity, even the milk Quantity all in your own personal profile, so you and 4 others can get exactly what you want without having to ask. My only criticism is the instructions to set it up. They are pretty dire, my advice is to watch the video, and when you first use it, don`t think the first cup of light brown water is what you get, allow the beans to get through the grinder and you will then savour the great coffee it makes.

As it was time to change our old coffee machine we chose this model as it gave us a choice of so many different choices best decision we have ever made

I have had a few machines but this produces the best coffee drink I need , it's easy to change from one person to the other and to keep everyone's favourite.

Makes great coffee and is easy to maintain Would of done with a better latte go system
