Peach compote with rosewater

A splash of rosewater gives this compote a nice floral scent.

Servings 4 persons, Preparation time 5 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 600 g peach
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp rosewater
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 100 ml water

Directions

  • Remove the pits from the peaches.
  • Place all of the ingredients into the Soup Maker. Close the lid and select the Compote program.
  • When the program is ready, you could press the manual blending function shortly for one or two times.
  • Open the lid and serve.
  • Chef’s tip: Serve this compote with some vanilla ice cream, with pancakes or scones.
