Sector lawyers
This department provides legal support for business activities at one of our sector headquarters (Healthcare, Consumer Lifestyle or Lighting). Sector lawyers are strongly embedded in the sector’s activities, proactively involved in issues where they can add value. The diversity of each sector’s business activities and their ever-expanding portfolio of products and services continuously challenge you as a sector lawyer to develop your expertise and skill.
Providing legal support to the market-facing businesses in the countries or regions where they operate. You will work closely with Philips businesses to provide legal expertise in specific fields. As part of our tightly-knit worldwide legal network, you will also regularly collaborate with corporate and sector lawyers to ensure high-level legal support for the markets.
Corporate and financial law: you will be focusing on our worldwide group structure, including financing, company & securities law and corporate governance, as well as corporate reporting/regulatory requirements.
Mergers & acquisitions: you provide legal support for divestments, acquisitions and joint venture projects.
Legal compliance
You will be serving our businesses in the Netherlands and abroad in relation to IT, real estate, purchasing, research and development. This department also provides legal support to our sales departments in the Netherlands.
