The dmm.jar error message displayed during the installation process of DMM

  1. Go to http://www.usasupport.philips.com to enter the Philips support site. 2. Enter the product type number e.g. hdd070 and press enter. You may have to select model from list too. 3. Scroll down to the Software section. 4. Click on the Readme file for more information on software. Then click on the Software file to download. The program will uninstall DMM, install the dedicated version of Musicmatch� Jukebox and Device Manager in one. 5. You may now use the Musicmatch� Jukebox to transfer music onto your GoGear micro jukebox. Hook up your jukebox with your PC via the supplied USB cable. Make sure you connect your GoGear micro jukebox to the main power supply. Launch Musicmatch� Jukebox. 6. Click the Portable Device on the left to open the Portable Device Manager. 7. Click the Add button to search for tracks, playlists, or to browse your computer. Once the desired tracks have been found, highlight the tracks or playlists and click Add. Alternatively you can also click the Sync button to add all tracks from the Library or from specific playlists to your portable device. 8. Once the transfer is completed, close the Musicmatch� Jukebox. 9. Click on the removal icon on the task tray to stop and eject the jukebox. When a message appears saying the USB device can now be safely removed from the system, click OK. 10. Unplug the Jukebox from the PC and enjoy the music on your HDD.
