Q&R is ideal for me; I am detail-oriented and love solving problems, which means I am perfectly suited to tackle the tasks I encounter. Being passionate about the work I do is incredibly important, and I feel very lucky to have found a position that I genuinely enjoy.

My personality definitely comes out at work. I’ve always been thorough and valued detail: when I travel, for example, I’m forever making detailed lists and I commit to a lot of research so I am fully aware of what I need to know, and how any potential challenges can be overcome.

Each day in my role is different, and I really appreciate the variety and the fact that there’s not a moment when I’m sitting still. Since working at Philips I’ve developed a diverse range of skills, such as being able to manage individuals; communicate with customers, peers and upper management; writing and editing; operating training programs; assessment and analysis; process improvement and project management. The list goes on, and I’m sure will continue to grow.
